The Sokoto State Government (SOSG), in collaboration with the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA), invites applications for the position below:

Job Title: Community Health Worker (CHEW / JCHEW)

Location: Sokoto

Requirements

  • Must be a Sokoto State indigene
  • CHEW (Diploma/Certificate) or JCHEW qualifications
  • Valid Practising Licence (CHPRBN).

Required Documents:

  • Educational Certificates
  • Notification of Registration & Current Practising Licence
  • Proof of Indigene
  • Birth Certificate
  • NIN Slip
  • Applicant’s passport photo.
