Job Title: Community and Comms Lead

Location: Magodo, Lagos

Job Summary

• This role involves building and managing an engaged community, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication that aligns with the organization’s goals.
• Key responsibilities include content creation, brand management, event coordination, and media relations.

Key Responsibilities
Community Management:

• Engage with and grow online/offline communities.
• Respond to inquiries and gather insights to improve strategies.
• Empower brand advocates and organize events.

Communications:

• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and press.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Build relationships with media and handle internal communications.

Strategy & Reporting:

• Develop and implement communication strategies.
• Track and report on the success of campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in community or communication roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or analytics platforms.
