About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual in our company with verst experience in construction cost management, procurement, contract administration, estimating, planning, negotiating and project budgeting.

Roles / Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
• Tender Reporting and analysis
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
• Manage contractual documents and negotiations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure cost control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders/clients to deliver quality outcomes.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
• Tender Reporting and analysis.

Qualification and Experience

• BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the facility management industry.
• Proficiency in Cost Estimation Software, MS Office Suite and MS Project
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
