Cedarcrest Hospitals Limited was founded in Abuja in January, 2008. The hospital started as a mono specialty centre and was formerly known as Cedarcrest Orthopaedic Clinics Ltd. Within a few years the hospital expanded its scope of services and has become a leading private multispecialty hospital. Cedarcrest Hospitals Ltd currently has four hospitals located in Abuja, Lagos, Kainji and Jebba having over one hundred (100) bed capacity without patient camps in several other cities across Nigeria. Our services and facilities span several specialities and include emergency / trauma centre, radiology diagnostic centre, prosthetic manufacturing plant, oxygen manufacturing plant, modular surgical operating theatres, gastrointestinal endoscopy suite and several other facilities that make for a modern multispecialty hospital.

Job Title: Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, corporate accounts, and strategic relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, corporate organizations, HMOs, insurance companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and manage corporate/business accounts to increase patient referrals and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing and business development initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Coordinate corporate outreach, promotional activities, campaigns, and other initiatives aimed at increasing visibility and patient acquisition.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Revenue and commercial growth.
• New business/client acquisition.
• Corporate account and partnership development.
• Patient/referral growth from commercial initiatives.
• Client retention and relationship management.
• Achievement of approved commercial targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Must have 5 to 15 years’ relevant experience in commercial management, business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in the healthcare, hospital, insurance, HMO, or related service industry will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in achieving commercial or business development targets.
