Job Title: Commercial Advisor (Oil & Gas Sector)

Job Summary

• A leading Oil & Gas company is seeking an experienced Commercial Advisor to support project execution, commercial strategy, contract management, and business delivery within the energy sector.
• The ideal candidate must have strong experience in EPC projects, mainstream oil & gas operations, and gas generator/power projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities across EPC and energy projects.
• Review contracts, commercial terms, and project agreements.
• Support project cost control, negotiations, and risk management.
• Provide commercial guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams.
• Track project performance, budgets, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Advisor within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong EPC project experience is mandatory.
• Experience in mainstream oil & gas operations.
• Experience with gas generator/power generation projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and project delivery.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates with experience supporting major energy, infrastructure, or gas development projects are encouraged to apply.

Salary
N400,000 – N450,000 monthly.
