Job Title: Cold End Maintenance Surpervisor

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Job Description

• Responsible for performing and coordinating the activities of the Plant maintenance, erection, commissioning and improvements related to Cold End Maintenance works.

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct and inspect the work of employees involved in the design, installation, repair and servicing of industrial electrical equipment.
• Maintain productivity, quality and cost-effective operation to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance and equipment supply at the Cold End area; and maintain permissible stock to avoid breakdown delays due to lack of spare.
• Maintain the Quality Inspection machine with proper calibration & validation
• Maintain all Cold End equipment with proper PMS & less down time.
• Maintainenance of records (PMS, ISO documents etc.,) to be prepared on time timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, or any other related fields
• 4 – 6 years experience in a similar role
• Use of Microsoft offices – Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Good report writing skills, communication skills – oral and written
• Knowledge of Sensor, Control Valve, PLC, SCADA, Drives
• Knowledge of Std. engineering Practices and trouble Shooting ability
• Knowledge of Inspection machine setting and maintenance, Palletiser, packing machine maintenance.
