Job Summary

• The role involves conducting outbound calls, following up on warm and cold leads, and maintaining consistent contact with potential clients to schedule sales meetings.
• You’ll manage CRM updates, nurture leads through effective communication, and ensure smooth coordination between prospects and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients daily.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or messages.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity logs in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call/appointment targets.
• Understand client needs and communicate our offerings clearly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
• Provide timely feedback on call performance and prospect responses.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 years work experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasive and confident phone presence.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRMs and digital communication tools.
• Resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Target-driven with consistent follow-through.

Salary
N165,000 per month.
