Job Title: Coffee Barista / Mixologist

Job Description

• The Coffee Barista / Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, mocktails, cocktails, and specialty drinks, including coffee design (latte art), while delivering excellent customer service.
• The role requires creativity, speed, cleanliness, and strong product knowledge to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, etc.) according to standard recipes
• Create coffee designs (latte art) such as hearts, rosettas, tulips, and custom designs
• Prepare mocktails, cocktails, smoothies, and signature drinks
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and bar equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and mixology station at all times
• Manage stock of coffee beans, syrups, alcohol, fruits, and other bar supplies
• Observe hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Take customer orders accurately and recommend drinks when necessary
• Minimize wastage and report shortages or equipment faults
• Work closely with service staff and management.

Required Skills:

• Strong coffee brewing skills and latte art (coffee design) ability
• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and presentation
• Mixology and beverage preparation skills
• Creativity in drink presentation and menu development
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
