Job Title: CNG Fleet Maintenance & Operation Manager

Location:  Nigeria

Job Summary

• The CNG Fleet Maintenance and Operation Manager oversees the daily running, mechanical servicing, and safety compliance of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• CNG vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitoring vehicle uptime, breakdown, maintenance costs, and performance.
• Managing CNG refuelling operations and ensuring compliance with approved SOPs.
• Conducting and coordinating vehicle safety inspections and CNG system checks.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety standard and inspection requirements.
• Maintaining all technical records, inspection reports, maintenance history, and operational dashboards.
• Coordinating with OEMs, service providers, and CNG station operators.
• Monitoring CNG consumption, maintenance expenditure, and other operational KPIs.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Eng. or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronic, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Relevant professional certification in automotive maintenance, CNG technology, or gas safety will be added advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with CNG vehicles, CNG conversion systems.
• Strong excel and technical reporting
• HSE and CNG technical training.
