Overview

• Join us as a Cloud & AI Solution Engineer helping customers unlock business transformation through Microsoft Cloud. You use your blend of technical depth, architecture thinking, and consultative engagement to shape end‑to‑end solutions that span Azure infrastructure, data, artificial intelligence, security, and modern applications. You lead technical workshops, demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilots that give customers confidence in their cloud strategy and path to value.
• In this role, you partner closely with specialist sellers and account teams to define winning technical strategies, remove deployment blockers, and secure technical decisions. You build trusted relationships with customer technical and business stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solution architectures, and guide opportunities from technical evaluation through production deployment. You continuously invest in your skills and certifications to maintain technical excellence, while driving operational rigor through accurate opportunity management and clear technical close plans.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced technical sales methodologies to guide customers through digital transformation solutions, emphasizing security, innovation, and the value of Microsoft Cloud and artificial intelligence.
• Use deep understanding of customer context, portfolio expertise, and industry knowledge to build credibility as a trusted advisor and to assess and consult on customer security and transformation needs.
• Lead and ensure complex technical wins across workloads, teams, and regions by establishing clear rules of engagement, coaching technical sellers and account teams, and leveraging Microsoft programs and resources.
• Act as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices and delivering content at internal and external events, enabling customers and partners to increase their understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Build and nurture technical communities through community calls, sessions, and hackathons, and mentor others to scale impact across customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
