Work Schedule: Mon- Sat (8am-5pm)

Job Summary

• Our client owns an event center and multipurpose venue designed to host various social and corporate gatherings, offering a structured space for celebrations and professional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram
• Manage bookings and schedules
• Send invoices and confirmations
• Maintain client records
• Follow up with clients before and after events.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / BSc / HND qualification with 1-3 years work experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Social media and WhatsApp management skills
• Neat appearance and polite attitude
• Attention to details
• Problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, neat and presentable.
