Job Title: Client Experience & Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Welcome & check in clients professionally
• Supervise & support the consultation process
• Maintain accurate client records & service notes
• Guide clients on their hair goals & journey
• Coordinate with hairstylists to meet client expectations
• Monitor service flow & client comfort
• Resolve client concerns promptly & professionally
• Uphold Candace service standards & assist with operational follow-ups

Requirements

• Female applicants only
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, client relations, or operations.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation & record-keeping skills
• Calm, professional, & detail-oriented
• Passion for beauty, client care & helping clients reach their hair goals.
