Role Overview

• We are seeking qualified and experienced Civil Engineers and Senior Civil Engineers to join our engineering and project delivery team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and delivering civil engineering projects in line with approved standards, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Civil Engineer:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Prepare technical reports, work schedules, and progress updates
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Ensure quality control and proper use of materials
• Support cost estimation, measurement, and documentation

Senior Civil Engineer:

• Lead the planning, design, and management of civil engineering projects
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Review and approve designs, drawings, and project methodologies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholders
• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and HSE compliance
• Participate in project budgeting, procurement, and contract administration

Requirements
Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng) in Civil Engineering
• COREN certification (or eligibility for registration)
• 2–5 years relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Senior Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng) or Master’s Degree (M.Eng) in Civil Engineering
• Valid COREN certification (mandatory)
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects
• Proven experience in project leadership and site management
• Strong technical, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
