Job Title: Chinese Speaking Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Locations: Lagos and Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and proactive Chinese-speaking Content Creator & Social Media Manager to work closely with the general manager.
• The role involves capturing and showcasing the manager’s daily activities while managing and growing his presence on Chinese social platforms through engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the General Manager to capture authentic daily activities, events, and interactions
• Create engaging video content
• Edit both short-form and long-form videos suitable for Chinese platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Video Channel)
• Write captions and posts in Chinese, ensuring alignment with platform trends and audience preferences
• Manage content calendar and posting schedule
• Respond to basic comments and messages
• Support the growth and visibility of the manager’s online presence

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Fluent in Chinese (HSK 3or above, or strong written and spoken proficiency)
• Proven experience in videography and video editing (smartphone or camera)
• Good understanding of Chinese social media trends, algorithms, and content styles
• Creative, reliable, and able to tailor content to a Chinese audience
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
• Prior experience managing a social media account (personal or professional).

Salary
N600,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
