Job Summary

• M-P Infrastructure Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead and oversee the company’s technical operations across infrastructure, power systems, grid operations, and renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across technical operations
• Oversee grid, power, active and passive infrastructure maintenance
• Lead solar and renewable energy projects
• Drive operational efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization
• Manage technical budgets, vendors, and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, engineering, and HSE standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 12–18 years of relevant experience in technical operations, infrastructure, power, or energy sectors
• Minimum of 5–8 years in a senior leadership position
• Strong experience in power systems, renewable energy, infrastructure maintenance, and large-scale operations.
