Job Title: Chief of Staff

Requirements

• First degree in Law, Economics or any social science discipline.
• At least 7 years work experience with not less than 4 years in a general or management support role (preferably within a multinational organization).
• Demonstrated capacity assisting executive management to effectively implement strategies and ensure the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives using clear reporting templates.
• Prior experience coordinating the interface of all central & shared services (finance, human capital, legal, client services, etc.) functions within the company while supporting all business planning activities.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently deploy resources and professional expertise/support (especially human and technological) to promptly meet defined goals.
• Proven track record enforcing established protocols & corporate policies, collaborating to implement cost-saving strategies, the profitable delivery and/or provision of projects and services.
