Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Responsibilities

• The Chief Security Officer at Nosagie Holdings will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall security strategy for the group and its Strategic Business Units, which include engineering, education, hospitality, FMCG, healthcare, and finance.
• The role requires ensuring the protection of people, property, information, and other assets through the design of effective security policies, procedures, and systems.
• The CSO will oversee physical security, surveillance, access control, and emergency response measures across all subsidiaries, while also addressing emerging risks such as cyber threats in collaboration with the IT department.
• In addition, the CSO will supervise security personnel, coordinate with law enforcement agencies, and conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• The position also demands training and sensitizing staff on security awareness, enforcing discipline among security staff, and ensuring that incidents are thoroughly investigated and reported.
• The CSO is expected to provide management with regular updates on the security status of all SBUs, recommend improvements, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• The ideal candidate should have proven experience in corporate security management, strong leadership and crisis management skills, and the ability to coordinate security operations in a multi-sector environment.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / month.
