Job Summary

• As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly competent and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and strengthen the security framework across all our outlets, central kitchen, head office, and club/lounge units.
• The Chief Security Officer (CSO) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and systems that ensure the safety of our staff, customers, assets, and facilities.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate or operational security within a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies and standard operating procedures across all outlets.
• Supervise security personnel and coordinate shift schedules across various locations (restaurants, central kitchen, club/lounge, etc.).
• Monitor and investigate security breaches, theft, or misconduct, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of physical security systems (CCTV, access controls, alarm systems, etc.).
• Train staff on security awareness, emergency protocols, and incident response.
• Manage visitor control, perimeter checks, staff exit searches, and night patrol operations.
• Oversee background checks for new hires and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to management.
• Support crisis and emergency management planning and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a security leadership role, preferably in QSR, hospitality, FMCG, or logistics sectors.
• Proven track record in managing security operations across multiple business units or locations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of physical security systems and technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies.
• Relevant security or safety certifications are an added advantage.
• Background in military, law enforcement, or private security service is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
