Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the company’s assets, employees, and operations.
• Provide strategic security advice to the Management Team and Board of Directors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to the company’s assets, employees, and operations.
• Develop and implement risk-based security protocols and procedures.
• Oversee the management of security personnel, including training, deployment, performance management. Ensure effective security patrols, access controls, and surveillance systems are in place.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents, including investigations and reporting.
• Develop and manage security budget, including resource allocation and procurement.
• Ensure effective utilization of security resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
• Provide regular security reports to the Management Team and Board of Directors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including personnel employees, contractors, and external partners. Develop and implement security awareness and training programs for employees.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical security measures. Ensure effectiveness access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Collaborate with IT. Department to ensure information security and cybersecurity.

Salary
N4,800,000 – N7,200,000 annually.
