Job Title: Chief Operations Officer (SaaS)

Job Summary

• Technology based Software Sales Company, offering top-tier Business Technology Solutions – SaaS, urgently needs Chief Operations Officer in this role the COO will be responsible for overseeing the Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience units within the organization.
• The COO ensures the seamless execution of business operations, drives revenue growth, and enhances customer satisfaction by aligning operational strategies with the company’s mission and goals.
• The individual in this role collaborates closely with the CEO and other executives to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and establish the organization as a leader in the business technology solutions industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in an executive role in a technology-driven or business solutions organization.
• Proven experience in managing multi-functional teams, particularly in Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience.
• Demonstrated success in business growth, operational excellence, and process improvement.
• Strong background in digital transformation, emerging technology solutions, and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution:

• Develop and implement business strategies that enhance efficiency, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape the company’s vision and strategic direction.

Sales & Marketing Oversight:

• Drive business development initiatives and revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

IT & Digital Transformation:

• Oversee IT initiatives, ensuring they support business operations and enhance product/service delivery.
• Drive digital innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Customer Experience & Retention:

• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Ensure an excellent customer journey by integrating digital solutions and process improvements.

Operational Efficiency & Performance Management:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success across all business units.
• Streamline internal processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect business interests.

Salary
N2,000,000 – N2,500,000 / Month.
