Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and drive business growth.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high performance across all departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Monitor performance, analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Lead operations, Drive strategy, Build the future with us.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of operational management, process improvement and cost optimization.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
