Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary

• We are looking for an exceptional female Chief Operating Officer to lead our next phase of growth.
• This is not a purely administrative role.
• We are looking for a commercially driven leader who can grow revenue, build strategic partnerships, lead teams and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• Driving weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Developing and executing sales and business growth strategies
• Building and closing corporate, HMO, hotel, airport and other strategic partnerships
• Driving offline and digital customer acquisition
• Improving client conversion, rebooking, referrals and retail sales
• Leading and holding the team accountable to measurable KPIs
• Overseeing daily operations, customer experience and service standards
• Working closely with Finance to improve profitability and ensure sustainable business growth

Qualification:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with proven leadership and business development experience.

Salary
N350,000 monthly plus other benefits.
