About the Role

• As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Growth & Marketing Officer (CGMO) to lead customer acquisition, market expansion, brand development, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Growth & Marketing Officer will develop and execute innovative growth and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase market share, strengthen strategic partnerships, and accelerate business growth across existing and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising channels.
• Build and strengthen the company’s brand visibility, market positioning, and corporate communications.
• Develop and oversee high-impact content strategies utilizing AI-powered content creation and marketing automation tools.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, corporate organizations, government agencies, and development partners.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
• Track growth metrics, marketing performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth and marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, growth, business development, sales or commercial leadership, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling technology, healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth businesses.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, branding, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and performance marketing tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience engagement, marketing analytics, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
