Description

• Prospecting- Identifying potential clients and properties for sale through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Client Consultation- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences in terms of property type, location, budget, etc.
• Property Presentations- Showcasing properties to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.
• Negotiation- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
• Documentation- Assisting clients with necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements related to property transactions.
• Market Research- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
• Customer Service- Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
• Relationship Building- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Sales Strategy- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Feedback and Reporting-
• Gathering feedback from clients and reporting on sales activities, market conditions, and challenges to management.
