Job Description

• Menu and receipe creation: Planning menus, aswell as special menus for parties and events
• Food preparation: Preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring food safety and quality
• Kitchen staff management: Training, and supervising cooks
• Inventory management: Ordering and maintaining an inventory of food and supplies
• Food cost management: Managing food costs and budgeting
• Kitchen equipment and work area inspection: Inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Culinary School Degree or Diploma with 1+ years experience as a chef, or as a cook.

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
