Job Title: Chef de Partie – Sandwich & Salad

Job Summary

• They are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie (Sandwich and Salad) to manage the preparation and presentation of sandwiches, salads, and cold dishes while supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, and contributing to smooth and efficient service

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present sandwiches, salads, and cold dishes according to standard recipes
• Execute breakfast and light meal service efficiently
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
• Monitor and manage ingredient freshness and stock levels
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with food preparation and provide kitchen support when required
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or line cook, preferably in a café or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of sandwiches, salads, and cold kitchen operations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
• Proximity to Lekki is highly preferred

Salary
N120,000 per month.
