Job Title: Chef and Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards
• Design and plan menus based on seasonality and customer preferences
• Supervise and train kitchen staff and assistants
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce food waste
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure timely service
• Adapt dishes for special dietary needs and allergies.
