Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cuisine Chef to prepare authentic, high-quality Chinese dishes while maintaining excellent food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Chinese cooking and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes.
• Ensure meals are prepared to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food hygiene in the kitchen.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Comply with all food safety and health regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef.
• Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques and recipes.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
