Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and internal controls across projects
• Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost tracking for construction activities
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure financial stability
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
• Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and controls
• Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• ICAN or ACCA (MANDATORY)
• Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or project-based environments
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and analytical thinking
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
