We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Channels Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales/procurement team on issues/query from customers for respective OEMs.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet OEM partner performance objectives and OEM partners’ expectations.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Enlists the support of sales and pre-sales specialists as needed.
  • Leads solutions sales efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
  • Work with the Account Managers of OEM and Product Managers of Distributorsto get the right specification for each customer in agreement with the Salesperson/Mgr.
  • Ensure all Channel Sales and Services are captured for revenue and rebate
  • Ensure revenue/target and certification are met for each fiscal year for all OEMs
  • Proactively leads a joint OEM partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates OEM partner needs on an on-going basis.
  • Ensures we are Top of Mind with Top OEMs as these guarantees leads and MDFs
  • Ensures OEM partner compliance with partner agreements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Qualification in project management or equivalent: PMP & Prince 2
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Supports the sales Teams through the OEM channel to meet assigned expectations for profitability
  • Supports the procurement team to reduce cost on supply chain
  • 5 – 8 years experience in the ICT sector is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
