African Natural Resources and Mines Limited (ANRML), established by African Industries Group, operates a fully integrated iron ore mining and processing plant in Gujeni village, Kagarko LGA, Kaduna state—the first of its kind in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: CCTV Operator

Location: Kaduna

Summary

• The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance equipment, recording and reporting suspicious activities, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
• The role requires vigilance, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
• Maintain CCTV systems, ensure cameras are functioning properly, and report any faults.
• Retrieve and review footage for investigations or incident reporting.
• Log all activities, observations, and incidents in the control room record.
• Coordinate with security officers, supervisors, and emergency services when necessary.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and unusual activities.
• Ensure the control room is secure and operate according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance footage and information.
• Support investigations by providing accurate and timely footage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a CCTV Operator or in security operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality.
• Must be willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
