Job Description

• The Case Nurse will play a crucial role in client and patient case management, care cordination, client advocacy and facilitate communication between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients and also ensure they receive optimal health care services covered by their insurance plan.

Responsibilities

• Case management.
• Coordination of care.
• Client advocacy.
• Communication and Data record keeping.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing, BSC in Nursing, Health Administration or any related field or a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare case management.
• Deep or enough Medical knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / Month.
