We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Card Operation Specialist / Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Optimization:

• Develop and optimize promotional and advertising content, including social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and ad copies, to enhance user acquisition and engagement.

User Insight & Strategy Optimization:

• Collect and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to understand user needs and pain points.
• Continuously refine user experience and growth strategies based on data-driven insights.

Growth Campaign Planning & Execution:

• Plan and execute user growth initiatives such as acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and growth targets, including user base and activity metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in user growth, card operations, digital marketing, or product operations.
• Results-oriented with strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
