Job Title: Captain Relations Officer

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and cubbing illegal activities during and after loading
• Captains’ welfare at terminal level
• Progressive discipline
• Support investigations and reports
• Constant communication withcaptains at terminal level
• Reinforcecaptain’s performance expectations at terminal level
• Support tracking and attendance ofcaptains
• Regional terminal visitation and supervision ofcaptains
• Coordinatecaptainfitness test including substance (alcohol and drug) test
• Monitor vehicle aesthetics (look and feel)captains resumption and dress code
