We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Sales Agent

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking passionate Call Center Sales Agent experienced in generating sales through phone calls and engaging customers via digital platforms.
  • You will drive revenue by contacting potential and existing customers via phone to sell the company’s products.
  • You will handle outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, upsell, and maintain customer databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound / Inbound Sales: Contact prospects, sell products, and process orders.
  • Sales Generation: Use persuasive techniques and the company’s sales scripts to close sales or follow up on leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on potential leads and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Experience: 1–5 years in sales, telemarketing, digital sales, or customer service.
  • Personality: Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven.

Typical Requirements:

  • Education: OND, HND, or BSc in any field of study with a passion to close sales and drive revenue via phone calls. NYSC candidates can apply.
  • Location: Residency in Lekki and its environs is an added advantage.

Compensation (Performance-Based Incentive)

  • N100,000 monthly—if your results are normal.
  • N400,000+ monthly—if you are a superstar.
