Job Title: Call Agent

Job Description

• Join our dynamic team as a Call Agent and embark on a rewarding career in finance!
• As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for contacting clients who have overdue loan payments. Your primary objective will be to negotiate repayment plans, provide financial guidance, and maintain positive relationships with clients while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting clients who have overdue loan payments
• Negotiating repayment terms and options that align with clients’ financial capabilities.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Documenting all communication and payment arrangements accurately in the system.
• Collaborating with team members to develop effective collection strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an FSLC, HND, NCE, OND, BSc qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in loan collection or customer service is preferred but not required.
