We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cake Baker / Decorator

Location: Ajao, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Bake various flavors of cake with different cake designs and cake decorating ideas for specialty cakes.
• Assisting baking staff with the production of standard bakery items
• Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type.
• Ensuring that the display refrigerators are cleaned, polished, and fully stocked with cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and ovens as well as baking and decorating equipment.
• Be a team player.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Must have documented experience in cake baking
• Should be able to use or learn to use industrial ovens.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Certification from a culinary school is an added advantage.
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.
• Must be able to formulate and have recipes
• Baking and decorating skills
• Artistic and creative skills.
