Job Title: Business Project Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Duties and Responsibilities
The Employee’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

• Identify and communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and actions to minimize impact on project timelines.

Financial Management:

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for projects.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to financial parameters.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, summarizing project performance and key metrics.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks.
• Facilitate project meetings, documenting minutes and key action items.

Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement best practices for project management processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

• B.Sc in Business Management or Management.
