It originated in response to providing world class services and solutions to the society at large and offering an alternative that is satisfactory in areas of our specialty. It has carried out service rendering duties in various states of Nigeria and within the ever bustling business environment of Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Process Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to oversee our organization’s day-to-day operations.
  • The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations, follow up on staff tasks, and guarantee timely assignment completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
  • Task Management: Assign, track, and follow up on staff tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Daily Progress Monitoring: Monitor staff progress throughout the day, addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.
  • End-of-Day Task Verification: Confirm that all staff members have completed their assigned tasks before the Close of Business (COB).
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.
  • Communication: Foster open communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on operational performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely task completion.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in task management tools and software.
  • Having a telesales experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to close deals.
