Job Summary

• As the, you will oversee daily business operations, client service delivery, and administrative functions while ensuring efficiency, excellent customer experience, and smooth coordination across all business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, administrative activities, and ensure smooth coordination across teams
• Supervise client service operations, ensuring prompt handling of enquiries, complaints, and service delivery
• Manage and monitor staff performance, providing guidance to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate communication across social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram) and ensure timely customer engagement
• Prepare operational reports and support the CEO in executing business strategies and daily activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, administration, or customer service management roles
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer relationship management skills
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary
NGN150,000 – NGN250,000 / Month.
