Summary

• We are seeking a passionate, responsible, and highly motivated Business Manager to drive sales growth and manage operations in Kano.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
• Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and local market insights.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with a luxury brand standard.
• Oversee daily operations, performance, and profitability of the business.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree
• 4 – 5 years proven sales experience in the luxury sector, selling to HNIs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Hausa and deep understanding of the Kano market.
• Must be target-driven, result-oriented, and ready to resume immediately.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
