Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability and customer spending.
• Entertainment Powerhouse: Work closely with DJs, live performers, and event planners to create buzz-worthy experiences.
• Marketing & Brand Visibility: Leverage both traditional and digital marketing methods to position our RestoLounge as the go-to destination.
• VIP & High-Profile Engagements: Utilize your network to attract influencers, celebrities, and high-net-worth guests.
• Operations & Customer Experience: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring exceptional service and top-tier customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Has a minimum of 5 years in the entertainment industry, with proven experience in managing high-end nightlife, lounges, or hospitality brands.
•  Is well-connected within elite social and business circles, with the ability to bring in high-profile guests, celebrities, and influencers.
•  Knows how to drive foot traffic, engagement, and sales by curating top-tier entertainment, events, and promotions.
• Has expertise in both traditional marketing (print, billboards, partnerships, PR) and digital marketing (social media, influencer collaborations, online campaigns, SEO).
• Is a charismatic “people and vibe” person who understands nightlife culture and knows how to create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
• Can lead and collaborate with the entertainment and operations team to deliver high-energy, quality experiences that set us apart from the competition.
•  Is business-focused, with a strong ability to manage budgets, sales targets, vendor negotiations, and customer experience strategies.
