Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to provide strong leadership, drive commercial growth, strengthen internal operations and ensure effective execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across the organisation.
• Drive business development, lead generation and revenue growth.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage key client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Set and monitor KPIs and departmental performance.
• Oversee workflows, projects, deadlines and daily operations.
• Manage budgets, pricing, profitability and vendor relationships.
• Develop business development and client acquisition strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance and revenue reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ professional experience, with at least 4 years in an agency environment.
• Proven team leadership and management experience.
• Strong business development and revenue-generation experience.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Ideal Candidate: A commercially driven, proactive and execution-focused leader who can turn strategy into measurable results.

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 Monthly.
