Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is looking for a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to help leadership make fast, intelligent, data-driven decisions across all sister companies under our client’s company.
• Successful candidate is expected to transform raw operational, marketing, sales, finance, and customer data into actionable insights and will also work closely with leadership across client’s sister company.
• This role is critical to operational excellence and strategic growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reporting systems across all SBUs
• Track and analyze KPIs across marketing, sales, finance, customer support, and operations
• Produce weekly executive reports and business insights
• Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities
• Monitor CAC, LTV, churn, ROAS, conversion rates, profitability, and growth metrics
• Ensure leadership has real-time visibility into business performance
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Work with operations and engineering teams to improve data accuracy
• Build automated reporting workflows where possible

Ideal Candidate

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced understanding of dashboards and data visualization
• Experience with business intelligence tools and spreadsheets
• Strong understanding of growth metrics and operational KPIs
• Comfortable interpreting large datasets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to move fast and think strategically

Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
