Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Business Efficiency Officer (BEO)tooversee the work of employees in our company.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future cost and quality management.
• The right candidateisa competent leader able to provide guidance thatenhances performance in a manner whichincorporates the company’s vision and culture and improve efficiency
• The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
• Lead and coordinate quality, efficiency projects and activities to ensure continuous best practices, and quality improvement.
• Analyze existing workflows and perform best practice benchmark gap analysis.
• Develop processes and procedures to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 6 years work experience.
• The right candidates must live in Enugu.
