Job Title: Business Development Specialist (Oil & Gas)

Location: Kano & Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a strong background in Nigeria’s Oil & Gas industry.
• The ideal candidate must be a commercially minded professional with proven experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Nigeria’s Oil & Gas sector.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Tender & Proposal Management:

• Monitor relevant Oil & Gas tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and procurement opportunities.

Industry & Market Development:

• Monitor developments within the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry and identify potential commercial opportunities.

Pipeline & Performance Management:

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, business activities, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experiencein business development, sales, commercial, or account management roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrable experience working with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, service companies, OEMs, or related organisations in Nigeria.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian Oil & Gas market and business environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales or business development targets.

Salary
N450,000 monthly.
