We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development / Sales Manager

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring advertisers, structuring campaigns, and managing key client relationships.
  • This role oversees the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while ensuring that all campaigns are commercially viable, operationally feasible, and aligned.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of advertising sales, negotiation, and client management, with the ability to translate business opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Oversee proposal development and pricing structure
  • Manage client relationships and retention
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capacity
  • Supervise Business Development Officers
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • 4–6 years experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in advertising, media, or OOH industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to structure deals and close high-value clients
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
