We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development and Sales Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Managerwhose primary responsibility is to drive sales growth and close high-value deals within Nigeria and internationally.
  • The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate market, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to close high-end ticket deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and internationally, with a focus on high-end real estate transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.
  • Close high-value property deals and consistently generate revenue for the company. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance and close rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3to 5 years of experience required.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate brokerage and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Performance bonuses and incentives.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 monthly (based on experience with sales commission).
