Premier Medical Systems Nigeria Limited (PMS) is a Physician-led digital health social enterprise with a clear focus on using information technology (IT) to improve access to healthcare in Africa. We specialize in the design, development, deployment and support of solutions in the Healthcare sector. We also provide professional consultancy, recruitment, event management and marketing services to healthcare organizations, agencies or companies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development / IT Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Generates IT (information technology) sales and business, develops relationships with new clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Business Development/ IT Sales Executive’s responsibilities include developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals. You should also ensure that the company is able to achieve revenue targets.
  • To be successful as a Business Development/ IT Sales Executive, you should be adept at negotiating business deals and able to make sound decisions that will benefit the company, identifies opportunities, Populate and maintain a customer records database to support opportunity pipeline management.
  • Remains current on the company’s services/solutions and competitive offerings to develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products, attends trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales
  • Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch products/services, assesses client needs and makes recommendations
  • Provides technical advice after sales
  • Becomes fluent in all products and services offered through testing, demonstrations, and research
  • Ultimately, an exceptional Business Development/ IT Sales Executiveshould have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum qualification: HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 2 years experience (Past experience working in a healthcare organization would give an additional advantage).
  • Comfortable with MS Office – Word/Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook.
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team.
  • Ability to deliver quality service always.
  • Understanding of business principles.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of Management in client organizations.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and good time management skills.
  • Energetic, independent and self-driven.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
