Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development & Operations Manager to lead the company’s growth and oversee its daily operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding client portfolios, improving service delivery, and ensuring operational excellence across all business units.
• This position combines strategic business leadership with hands-on operational management, making it key to driving profitability, client satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new security contracts and partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day field and office operations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Oversee recruitment, training, deployment, and supervision of security personnel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely contract renewals.
• Coordinate internal teams to align operations, finance, and administration.
• Monitor budgets, logistics, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present periodic business and operational performance reports.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
